   Nick has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1983. He spent the tumultuous 80’s and 90’s working in the metropolitan Seattle area and throughout Western Washington, specializing in new construction and land development. Having extensive experience in the building trades and with land use issues in various municipalities and counties has given him a broad perspective and special insights when helping clients evaluate prospective investment or residential purchases. Principally working as a buyer’s agent, Nick believes very strongly that a buyer needs objective insight and guidance in the process that cannot be reasonably expected from a seller or their listing agent. When called upon to handle a client’s resale of their home or property he will share with them the best way to present and price the property to sell at the optimum price and in a reasonable amount of time. He will not overprice a listing just to see “what happens” and have the seller’s endure months of uncertainty.
